Why I'm here
I spend a lot of my time talking with guys who've been in trouble — locked up, on probation, kicked out, or just tired of everything going sideways. Most of them didn't need another adult telling them what they did wrong. They needed somebody in their corner.
That's all this is. If you need to vent, figure something out, or just talk to someone who isn't going to write you off, I'm here.
- I'll listen first. You don't have to explain yourself or clean up your story.
- I won't preach at you.If you want to talk about God, we will. If not, that's fine too.
- I'm not going anywhere.One conversation or a hundred — your call.
How God feels about you
Maybe you've been told you're a problem, a statistic, or a lost cause. That's not how God sees you. Not even close.
"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11God didn't wait for you to get your life together before He loved you. He loved you first — right in the middle of the mess.
But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:8What you've done isn't the end of your story. There's such a thing as a real fresh start.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17If any of that makes you curious — or makes you angry, or you've got questions — I'd honestly love to hear it. Real questions are welcome.
